feat(erp): 添加审核状态数组字段支持多状态查询

- 在请求结构体中新增 WorkflowStatuses 字段用于支持多个审核状态查询 - 保留原有的 WorkflowStatus 单一状态字段以维持向后兼容性 - 为后续支持批量状态筛选功能提供数据结构基础
