feat(expense): 添加打款金额和汇率字段支持

- 在Expense结构体中新增PaymentAmount字段用于记录打款金额
- 在ExpenseDetails结构体中新增PaymentAmount字段保持数据一致性
- 在ExpenseChangeItem结构体中新增PaymentAmount和CurrencyRate字段
- 更新相关数据结构以支持打款金额和汇率的变更跟踪
