feat(sale): 更新变更单产品结构

- 在 ChangeProduct 结构中添加 BeforeSaleCount 字段- 重命名 SaleCount 为 AfterSaleCount（在实际代码中未更改字段名，仅在注释中体现）
- 更新结构体注释以反映新的字段变化
