feat(erp): 添加权限员工ID字段到搜索结构体

- 在ExpenseSearch结构体中添加PermissionStaffIds字段
- 在PayableSearch结构体中添加PermissionStaffIds字段
- 在ReceiptSearch结构体中添加PermissionStaffIds字段
- 在RequestSearch结构体中添加PermissionStaffIds字段
- 对所有新增字段进行代码格式化调整
