feat(shipment): 添加兑换结算字段支持

- 在 GiftItem 结构体中添加 IsExchangeSettlement 字段
- 在 SaleProductItem 结构体中添加 IsExchangeSettlement 字段
- 更新数据结构以支持兑换结算业务场景
