feat(oa): 移除员工销售员和采购员编码字段

- 删除 XsyNumber 字段（金蝶员工销售员编码）
- 删除 CgyNumber 字段（金蝶员工采购员编码）
- 简化 Staff 结构体定义，仅保留必要字段
- 更新相关 JSON 标签以保持数据一致性
